Welcome to Key Counseling

At Key Counseling, you’ll find compassionate, evidence-based mental health counseling tailored to your unique journey—because it only takes one key to unlock hope, healing, and happiness.

Healing begins with having the right tools—or “keys”—to unlock personal growth, mental well-being, and self-understanding. The name Key Counseling was inspired by a lyric in the classic Eagles song Already Gone. It goes like this, “So often times it happens that we live our lives in chains, and we never even know we have the key.”

Just like the song suggests, we know that life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes, it takes a shift in perspective and the right support to find your way again. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, or big life transitions, Key Counseling is here to support you.

Hi, I’m Beth, LCSW/ Owner

I’m so glad you’re here.

In my work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what you need to feel better. Together, we’ll gently untangle the overwhelm, ease self-doubt, and build practical tools for confidence, connection, and joy. My approach blends compassion with evidence-based strategies like CBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices—always tailored to you.

You don’t have to go through this alone. Whether you’re managing anxiety, grief, challenging life transitions, or just want to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to walk alongside you with care and comfort.

Let’s take the next step together.
